Questions
Is there a self-serve trial?
Yes. Start a 14-day trial from a Sysenta account with no card, and an onboarding wizard walks you through branches, your first courier and pricing zones. If you prefer, we show it to you first with our team, on the way you operate.
How is it priced?
By shipments per month. Each shipment beyond the plan is 0.40 EGP, or you move to the larger plan.
Is the accounting real, or just reports?
Real: full double entry with vouchers, journals, trial balance and statements. An unbalanced entry is refused, and an approved one changes only by reversal.
How are courier custody and collections handled?
Everything a courier collects is recorded in their custody and settled by a voucher posted automatically. Bank and e-wallet collections enter the treasury only after approval.
Does the courier app work offline?
Signature proof of delivery works offline and is sent when the connection returns.
Which stores does it integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid, Salla and Odoo, plus an API for any other store.
Can it run under my company's name?
Yes, with a White-Label offer: your brand, logo, colours and domain on the system and on the shipment tracking page. Available with the second or third plan or the perpetual licence, priced on quote.
